I carry out advocates activities starting from October 10, 1995. Mainly I provide to my clients the following legal services:
- legal services of registration of establishment: companies: Limited Liability Company, Ltd., partnership of limited partnership, kd, open and closed joint stock company, ad, cooperatives, branches and representative offices of domestic and foreign legal entities, entrepreneurs, associations, federations of associations, foundations and endowments, representative offices of foreign foundations and endowments, sports associations, travel agencies;
- legal services of registration changes: name, head office or principal business activity, agents and scope of authority of the representatives, equity, recapitalization - capital increase, reduction of capital, changes in company members and share transfer (withdrawal from society members and share transfer to new or the current company member, the new member of the company, transfer of part of a member's share), change of the legal status, changes: mergers, divisions, separation;
- representation in the process of liquidation and deletion of companies, drafting contracts that arise in business relationships (sales contracts, mediation, advocacy, factoring, forfeiting, etc..);
- drafting legal documents necessary for the operation of companies,
- providing legal advices and interpretation of legal regulations that govern the operations of business entities and other;
- security and payment of local currency and foreign currency claims in court and out of court proceedings;
- representing injured persons in the exercise of the right to compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages before the insurance companies and the courts;
- representation before the competent courts in Serbia.
